CCA Events Affected by COVID-19:

Louisiana Governor John Bel Edwards issued a directive on Monday, March 16th, restricting large gatherings of 50 people or more until April 13th. The health and well-being of our CCA members and loved ones is our number one priority, and we support this important effort to slow the spread of the virus. We also recognize that it will have an impact on some of our Spring chapter events. We will work diligently with our chapters to reschedule those events for a future time when the “all clear” has been given.

Please stay safe during this time and we look forward to seeing you!

Our Story

CCA Louisiana is a non-profit organization dedicated to the conservation of Louisiana's marine resources. Founded in 1983, CCA Louisiana (then GCCA) has been instrumental in banning gill nets in state waters, establishing redfish as a gamefish and ensuring good stewardship of Louisiana's coastal resources.
